Yoga, which means yoke, unites body, mind and spirit utilizing the breath or pranic energy as a tool. The postures (asanas) can be used as a guide, to explore the nature of our body and mind, while helping to create a strong, flexible, centered and focused being. These discoveries can become true revelations for self study and transformation.

The Yoga Studio of the Woodlands has hardwood floors, a soaring ceiling and windows and skylights providing lots of natural light. Look out onto trees and sky while you practice. The natural surroundings impart a light, fun energy to classes.
